I am excited to be collaborating with JD Dance Designs! With this experience, you will get to model and keep a new set. You will also leave with new images for your dancer's portfolio. Join us and let's create some magic!
What's included:
- individual and group photos - A new set from JD Dance (to keep) *Retail prices from $105-$166- private online gallery with hi res digital images- full prep guide- network and collaborate with other dancers
$100 Deposit and Signed Contract are due within 24 hours of receiving invoice to reserve your spot. All deposits for this session are non refundable. Remaining balance due day BEFORE shoot. *NOTE: Spots will only be held for 24 hours without payment. If the deposit is not received within that time, the spot will be released and made available to others.
The Model herby grants the Photographer, SAMI LEIGH and the Brand, JD DANCE DESIGNS the right to use the Model’s likeness in all forms and media for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes. This includes use in the Photographer’s and Brand's portfolios (print or digital), websites, social media, and other promotional materials. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage.
I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.*If model is under 18 years of age, I certify I am a parent/guardian signing on model's behalf.
